The story behind:
In 1983, after graduating from the Copenhagen Business School – and after many periods abroad – I started up my own language firm with three partners and a number of freelancers. We provided translation, interpretation and language courses for companies and public institutions.
Over the years, teaching took up more and more of my time, and in that process I began redirecting my focus from what I was teaching to how I was teaching, i.e.to how people communicate and learn.
During the past twenty years I have been deeply involved in communication, learning, the brain, memory etc. – and I am deeply committed to development and education. As a consequence, my job changed – from running a language firm to having my own consultancy.
